The Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.36 per share on the company’s outstanding Class A and Class B Common Stock. The $0.36 quarterly dividend, which is payable on January 3, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 5, 2011, represents a 16 percent increase over the previous quarterly rate of $0.31 per share.
