Biggest Winners

Shares of Spartech Corp. (NYSE: SEH) are up 62.26% to $8.34 on trading volume of 4.9 million shares. PolyOne Corporation (NYSE: POL) will buy the plastic maker for $246.3 million. Before Wednesday, the 52-week high is $7.15.

Shares of Facebook, Inc. (NASDAQ: FB) are up 22.05% to $23.80 on trading volume of 125.7 million shares. Third- quarter sales rose 32% to $1.26 billion, better than the $1.23 billion Wall Street analysts were expecting. This sales boost had a lot to do with strong mobile growth. The 52-week high is $45.00

Biggest Losers

Shares of Tempur Pedic International Inc. (NYSE: TPX) are down 20.03% to $25.20 on trading volume of 5.0 million shares. The mattress maker cut its profit forecast for the full year to $2.55 a share, down from the earlier estimate of $2.80 a share. The 52-week low is  $20.70.

Shares of Netflix, Inc. (NASDAQ: NFLX) are down 14.83% to $58.10 on trading volume of 8.0 million shares. The  company announced it added 1.16 million streaming subsribers in the third quarter, below analyst estimates of 1.43 million. The 52-week low is $52.81.
