Alcatel-Lucent S.A (NYSE: ALU) raised to Neutral from Sell at Citigroup.

Baker Hughes Inc. (NYSE: BHI) cut to Underperform and named Bear of the Day at Zacks.

Costco Wholesale Corp. (NASDAQ: COST) raised to Market Perform at Bernstein.

Dover Corp. (NYSE: DOV) cut to Neutral at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch.

Ellie Mae Inc. (NYSE: ELLI) cut to Market Perform at William Blair.

Ford Motor Co. (NYSE: F) cut to Hold but raised price target to $15 from $13 at Deutsche Bank.

General Electric Co. (NYSE: GE) reiterated Buy with $25 target at Argus, as well as maintained Outperform but raised target to $25 from $25 at Oppenheimer.

Google Inc. (NASDAQ: GOOG) reiterated Outperform with $847 target at Credit Suisse; raised target to $843 at Morgan Stanley; raised target to $830 at Canaccord Genuity.

Hartford Financial Services Group Inc. (NYSE: HIG) cut to Market Perform at FBR.

Incyte Corp. (NASDAQ: INCY) cut to Underweight at Morgan Stanley.

International Business Machines Corp. (NYSE: IBM) raised to Hold from Sell at Soc-Gen and maintained Neutral at Credit Suisse.

Northeast Utilities (NYSE: NU) cut to Hold at Argus.

Simon Property Group Inc. (NYSE: SPG) maintained Outperform and named Bull of the Day at Zacks.

TD Ameritrade Holding Corp. (NYSE: AMTD) cut to Market Perform at KBW.

Verizon Communications Inc. (NYSE: VZ) raised to Buy at Canaccord Genuity with new $50 target; reiterated Buy with $48 target at Argus.
