Here are today’s five biggest gaining stocks at closing:

Osiris Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: OSIR) is up 35.2% at $9.34.

Endeavor International Corp. (NYSE: END) is up 28.8% at $3.53.

American Apparel Inc. (NYSEMKT: APP) is up 22.2% at $1.87 after posting a new 52-week high of $1.92 earlier today.

Homeowners Choice Inc. (NYSE: HCI) is up 19.3% at $24.78.

PokerTek Inc. (NASDAQ: PTEK) is up 15.9% at $1.60.

And here are today’s five biggest losing stocks at closing:

Reading International Inc. (NASDAQ: RDIB) is down 18.7% at $5.65.

MELA Sciences Inc. (NASDAQ: MELA) is down 16.1% at $1.25 after posting a new 52-week low of $1.17 earlier today.

Opexa Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: OPXA) is down 13.5% at $1.69.

Acura Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: ACUR) is down 12.3% at $2.67. The drug maker is giving back the big gains it made yesterday.

RELM Wireless Corp. (NYSEMKT: RWC) is down 12.3% at $1.92.
