Best Buy Co. (NYSE: BBY) was started as Outperform at Credit Suisse.

Biogen Idec Inc. (NASDAQ: BIIB) was upgraded to Buy from Neutral at Citigroup.

BlackBerry (NASDAQ: BBRY) was downgraded to Underperform from Hold at Needham; was downgraded to Equal Weight from Overweight at Morgan Stanley; was downgraded to Sell from Hold by Deutsche Bank.

F5 Networks Inc. (NASDAQ: FFIV) was downgraded to Hold from Buy at Needham.

3M Co. (NYSE: MMM) was downgraded to Equal Weight from Overweight at Morgan Stanley.

Nokia Corp. (NYSE: NOK) was raised to Overweight from Underweight at JPMorgan.

Valero Energy Corp. (NYSE: VLO) was downgraded to Underweight from an already cautious Neutral rating at Morgan Stanley.

Veolia Environnement S.A. (NYSE: VE) was upgraded to Neutral from Underperform at Credit Suisse.

YRC Worldwide Inc. (NASDAQ: YRCW) was raised to Buy from Hold at BB&T.
