Clorox Co. (NYSE: CLX) was downgraded to Underweight from Equal Weight at Barclays.

GAMCO Investors Inc. (NYSE: GBL) was downgraded to Underperform from Buy, based on price appreciation and valuation, at BofA/Merrill Lynch.

Intuit Inc. (NASDAQ: INTU) was downgraded to Underweight from Equal Weight at Morgan Stanley.

NRG Energy Inc. (NYSE: NRG) was downgraded to Neutral from the Conviction Buy List with a $28 price target (versus $27.92 close) by Goldman Sachs.

Procter & Gamble Co. (NYSE: PG) was downgraded to Equal Weight from Overweight at Barclays.

Sprint Corp. (NYSE: S) was started with an Underperform rating and $5.50 price target (versus $6.39 close) at Credit Suisse.

Symantec Corp. (NASDAQ: SYMC) was given a cautious Neutral rating in new coverage at Nomura.

ViroPharma Inc. (NASDAQ: VPHM) was downgraded to Underperform from Neutral with a $34 price target (versus $40.78 close), after takeover speculation, at BofA/Merrill Lynch.
