Top Analyst Upgrades and Downgrades: Cisco, DreamWorks, Lululemon, Nabors, Schlumberger, Verizon and More

Stocks were indicated much lower on Tuesday as the market is dealing with lower commodities (oil and more) and a weak China and Europe. Some analyst reports cover stocks to buy, and some cover stocks to sell or avoid.
