Aspen Aerogels Inc. (NYSE: ASPN) was started as Buy with a $10.50 price target (after closing at $7.51) at Citigroup.

Blueknight Energy Partners L.P. (NASDAQ: BKEP) was started as Outperform with a $10 price target (versus a $7.43 close) at RBC Capital Markets.

Bonanza Creek Energy Inc. (NYSE: BCEI) was started as Market Perform with a $25.00 price target (versus a $25.99 close) at Cowen.

Broadcom Corp. (NASDAQ: BRCM) was downgraded to Hold from Buy at Canaccord Genuity.

Cameron International Corp. (NYSE: CAM) was started as Neutral with a $47 price target (versus a $44.47 close) at Citigroup.

Children’s Place Inc. (NASDAQ: PLCE) was downgraded to Neutral from Buy at Citigroup.

Diageo PLC (NYSE: DEO) was downgraded to Underperform from Neutral at Credit Suisse.

Easterly Government Properties Inc. (NYSE: DEA) was started as Outperform at Raymond James.

Flextronics International Ltd. (NASDAQ: FLEX) was raised to Neutral from Sell with a $12 price target (versus a $11.55 close) at Goldman Sachs.

Intel Corp. (NASDAQ: INTC) was raised to Buy from Hold at Canaccord Genuity.

Mobileye N.V. (NYSE: MBLY) was raised to Buy from Neutral with a $50 price target (versus a $40.40 close) at Goldman Sachs.

PDC Energy Inc. (NASDAQ: PDCE) was started as Outperform at Cowen. Macquarie started this one as Outperform on Tuesday.

Rockwell Collins Inc. (NYSE: COL) was raised to Buy from Hold at Canaccord Genuity.

Sanmina Corp. (NASDAQ: SANM) was raised to Buy from Neutral and the price target was raised to $26 from $23 (versus a $23.44 close) at Goldman Sachs.

Steel Dynamics Inc. (NASDAQ: STLD) was raised to Buy from Neutral at Citigroup.

Vitesse Semiconductor Corp. (NASDAQ: VTSS) was started as Buy at Topeka Capital Markets.
