Mattel Inc. (NASDAQ: MAT) dropped about 2.8% on Tuesday to post a new 52-week low of $24.34 against a 52-week high of $40.79. Shares closed at $25.05 Monday night. Plug Power Inc. (NASDAQ: PLUG) dropped 12% on Tuesday to post a new 52-week low of $2.42 after closing at $2.75 on Monday. The stock’s 52-week high is $8.48. Share volume approached 2-times the daily average of around 4.6 million shares traded. The alternative fuel company posted a wider-than-expected fourth quarter loss this morning.
