July 15, 2015: Here are four stocks among the 129 equities making new 52-week lows today.

EMC Corp. (NYSE: EMC) posted a new 52-week low on Wednesday. Shares dropped about 0.3% to a low of $25.05 from Tuesday’s closing price of $25.12. The stock’s 52-week high is $30.92. Volume totaled around 7 million shares, about 25% below the stock’s daily average of around 13.8 million. The company had no specific news today.

Barrick Gold Corp. (NYSE: ABX) dropped about 2% on Wednesday to post a new 52-week low at $9.60 after closing at $9.896 on Tuesday. The stock’s 52-week high is $19.36. Share volume totaled around 10.5 million, a little below the daily average of around 11.3 million shares traded. The gold mining stock was hit by the price of gold settling below $1,150 an ounce, their lowest level since November.

Denbury Natural Resources Inc. (NYSE: DNR) dropped nearly 3.6% on Wednesday to post a new 52-week low of $5.14 against a 52-week high of $18.07. The stock closed at $5.33 on Tuesday night. Volume totaled nearly 10.4 million shares, right at the daily average. Denbury took the biggest hit today from lower oil prices..

United States Steel Corp. (NYSE: X) dropped about 7.7% on Wednesday to post a new 52-week low of $18.38 after closing at $19.92 on Tuesday. The stock’s 52-week high is $46.55. Share volume totaled about 9.5 million shares, more than 20% above the daily average of around 7.8 million. The company had no specific news today, although it did say it has commenced negotiations with the Steelworkers Union to replace a contract that expires on September 1.
