ASML Inc. (NASDAQ: ASML) was downgraded to Neutral from Buy at Merrill Lynch.

Cintas Corp. (NASDAQ: CTAS) was raised to Outperform from Neutral at Robert W. Baird. Barclays also raised its rating to Overweight from Equal Weight.

Cousins Properties Inc. (NYSE: CUZ) was downgraded to Neutral from Outperform at Robert W. Baird.

Dick’s Sporting Goods Inc. (NYSE: DKS) downgraded to Neutral from Buy at Goldman Sachs, and the firm removed it from the prized Conviction Buy list as well.

Home Depot Inc. (NYSE: HD) was reiterated as Outperform at Credit Suisse, and the price target was raised to $151 from $147.

Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS) was reiterated as Buy at Argus, and the firm raised its price target to $36 from $32 (versus a $30.25 close) on the heels of an activist investor stake being taken.

Mosaic Co. (NYSE: MOS) was downgraded to Neutral from Positive at Susquehanna.

Parkway Properties Inc. (NYSE: PKY) was downgraded to Neutral from Outperform at Robert W. Baird.

Prologis Inc. (NYSE: PLD) was downgraded to Neutral from Outperform at Robert W. Baird.

Washington Real Estate Investment Trust (NYSE: WRE) was downgraded to Neutral from Outperform at Robert W. Baird.
