August 14, 2018: Here are four stocks trading with heavy volume among 138 equities making new 52-week lows in Tuesday’s session. On the NYSE advancers led decliners by about 2.59 to 1, and on the Nasdaq, advancers led decliners by about 1.67 to 1.

General Electric Co. (NYSE: GE) traded down about 1% Tuesday to set a new 52-week low of $12.32. Shares closed at $12.45 on Monday, and the 52-week high is $25.32. Volume was about 35% below the daily average of around 64 million. The company had no specific news.

Vipshop Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: VIPS) traded down about 17% Tuesday to post a new 52-week low of $7.47 after closing Monday at $9.01. The stock’s 52-week high is $19.14. Volume was more than four times the daily average of about 9 million shares. The company missed estimates on both profits and revenue after markets closed Monday.

JD.com Inc. (NASDAQ: JD) traded down about 8.7% Tuesday and posted a new 52-week low of $33.02 after closing Monday at $35.07. The stock’s 52-week high is $50.68. Volume was more than double the daily average of around 13.5 million. The company had no specific news.

Barrick Gold Corp. (NYSE: ABX) dropped about 1.5% Tuesday to set a new 52-week low of $10.34. Shares closed at $10.50 on Monday and the stock’s 52-week high is $18.35. Volume totaled around 9.5 million, about equal to the daily average. The company had no specific news.
