Bed, Bath & Beyond Inc. (NASDAQ: BBBY) traded down about 25% Thursday to post a new 52-week low of $14.16 after closing Wednesday at $18.81. The stock’s 52-week high is $24.74. Volume was more than 15 times the daily average of around 3.5 million shares. The company reported weak earnings and offered a lower forecast.
Ford Motor Co. (NYSE: F) traded down about 0.7% Thursday and posted a new 52-week low of $9.20 after closing Wednesday at $9.27. The stock’s 52-week high is $13.48. Volume was about 25% below the daily average of around 39.7 million. The company had no specific news.
Conagra Brands Inc. (NYSE: CAG) dropped about 9% Thursday to set a new 52-week low of $32.81. Shares closed at $36.06 on Wednesday and the stock’s 52-week high is $39.43. Volume was nearly triple the daily average of around 5.3 million. The company missed expectations when it reported quarterly results this morning.
