What Would 10,000 XRP and 10,000 Dogecoin Be Worth in 2030?

XRP and Dogecoin follow completely opposite supply rules, and by 2030 those rules could push two equal-sized coin stacks to wildly different destinations. One scenario ends with a modest nest egg, another with a life-changing sum.

As of September 26, 2026, holding 10,000 XRP (CRYPTO:XRP) is worth about $14,900, while 10,000 Dogecoin (CRYPTO:DOGE) amounts to roughly $900. Although both investors hold the same number of coins, XRP trades at $1.49, making its holder’s investment nearly 17 times that of the Dogecoin holder, whose coins trade at $0.09.

XRP has fallen 18% since January and 49% over the past year, though it has risen 60% over the last five years. Dogecoin’s performance has been even weaker, dropping 20% since January, 61% over the past year, and 56% across five years. The rules governing each network’s supply will likely determine the value of their holdings by 2030.

XRP has a fixed maximum supply of 100 billion coins, with about 63 billion currently in circulation. Ripple, the company behind XRP, controls the majority of the remaining coins and releases up to 1 billion coins each month from locked wallets. Typically, Ripple locks away 60% to 80% of these newly released coins, so the circulating supply increases by around 200 million to 400 million coins monthly.

In contrast, Dogecoin has no maximum supply. The network generates 10,000 new coins with every block, adding around 5 billion coins each year, which reflects an annual inflation rate of about 3.4%. This means investors must put in approximately 3.4% more money into Dogecoin each year just to maintain its price. XRP, however, has a more gradual supply increase, and once all 100 billion coins are in circulation, the releases will cease entirely.

10,000 XRP Could Be Worth $10,000 to $280,000 by 2030

Analyzing potential future values, Standard Chartered analyst Geoffrey Kendrick has set a target price of $28 for XRP by 2030. He maintains this target, even after reducing his 2026 forecast from $8 to $2.80. Kendrick expects XRP to rise to $7 in 2027, $12.60 in 2028, and $19.60 in 2029. If XRP hits $28, then 10,000 XRP could be worth $280,000.

For XRP to achieve this level, it would need to surpass its previous record highs, listed as either $3.84 from January 2018 or $3.65 from July 2025. This means XRP would have to rise approximately sevenfold beyond its record price.

In a more moderate scenario, if XRP rebounded to its former highs of $3 to $4, it could push the value of the 10,000 XRP stack to between $30,000 and $40,000, which is two to three times its current worth. The introduction of XRP futures by CME Group, allowing larger funds to invest in XRP in a regulated manner, could also help support this recovery.

On the pessimistic side, if XRP drifts back to around $1, the 10,000 XRP stack could drop to about $10,000. Currently, the Santiment 365-day MVRV ratio indicates that XRP holders are, on average, at a 12% loss.

10,000 Dogecoin Could Be Worth Less Than $900 or as Much as $7,400 by 2030

Dogecoin’s all-time high was $0.74 in May 2021, but it has remained well below that level for over five years. If Dogecoin returned to its peak, 10,000 coins could be worth around $7,400. However, such a surge would likely require a buying frenzy similar to the one witnessed in 2021. The Santiment MVRV ratio currently suggests average Dogecoin holders are down about 19%.

In a more moderate scenario, if DOGE trades between $0.10 and $0.20, the value could range from $1,000 to $2,000. While CME-listed Dogecoin futures give traders a regulated way to hedge their investments, they do not address the issue of the additional 5 billion coins created each year.

On the downside, if Dogecoin continues to decline amid increasing supply and dwindling interest from funds, the value could dip below the current $900 level. Notably, with Bitwise closing its Dogecoin ETF—with the last trading day set for October 14—U.S. investors will lose one of the few options for investing in DOGE.

Will 10,000 XRP Be Worth More Than 10,000 Dogecoin in 2030?

In all the scenarios analyzed, the value of 10,000 XRP is likely to exceed that of 10,000 Dogecoin. Even at Dogecoin’s best-case scenario, reaching $7,400 at its 2021 peak, it still falls short of the $10,000 that the XRP stack could hold even if its price drops to $1.

For Dogecoin to surpass XRP, its price would need to climb above XRP’s, which hasn’t happened even at its prior peak. However, Kendrick’s $28 target relies on XRP capturing a significant portion of the payment volume that Ripple is gaining, with much of that volume potentially going to RLUSD, Ripple’s stablecoin, instead of XRP. Therefore, by 2030, 10,000 XRP could be worth about $10,000 to $280,000, with the upper limit depending on XRP’s ability to capture Ripple’s growth momentum, which it has yet to gain.
