We Asked ChatGPT What Evernorth’s $1 Billion Does to XRP by the End of 2026
A billion dollars flowing into XRP sounds like a market-moving event, but ChatGPT's analysis reveals a far more complicated picture about how much buying pressure Evernorth can actually sustain and what could force it to stop cold.

The Evernorth XRP treasury has set a goal to raise $1 billion specifically for XRP (CRYPTO: XRP). According to ChatGPT, if it uses the full amount to buy XRP, the token could rise by about 25 cents by the end of 2026.
Evernorth plans to start trading its XRP treasury shares on Nasdaq under the ticker XRPN on October 8, after receiving approval for the merger from Armada Acquisition Corp. II shareholders on September 30.
Evernorth operates as an XRP treasury company, meaning it holds a significant reserve of XRP tokens as its main asset. The company aims to finalize the merger on October 7, and it expects to control at least 473 million XRP, valued at around $719 million, with the token priced at about $1.52 as of October 2.
To further understand the implications, we consulted ChatGPT to evaluate how this $1 billion investment might influence XRP’s price by year-end and any potential obstacles it might face.
ChatGPT Says Evernorth’s $1 Billion Could Add 25 Cents to XRP

ChatGPT began by analyzing the initial assumptions. The model noted that the deal would generate about $300 million in actual cash, with the remaining funds coming from backers contributing XRP as an in-kind asset rather than cash. Therefore, it viewed a full $1 billion purchase as speculative rather than guaranteed.
At $1.50 per token, a $1 billion investment could buy roughly 667 million XRP. Over 90 days, this translates to about 7.4 million XRP—or around $11 million—purchased daily. However, compared to the daily spot trading volume of about $4 billion, Evernorth’s buying would represent only 0.3% of total volume.
Despite this, the model cautioned against overestimating the price impact from that percentage. While volume measures the same coins traded repeatedly, liquidity refers only to coins available for immediate sale. When a buyer is active daily, sellers may withdraw their offers, so each transaction could affect the price more than the initial percentage suggests. Additionally, Evernorth’s shares give stock-only investors a way to access XRP.
ChatGPT estimated that Evernorth’s buying could lift XRP’s price by 8% to 15%, with an average projection of 11%. Without Evernorth’s investment, it anticipated XRP would end the year at $1.65; with it, the price could rise to $1.90—representing increases of 9% and 25% from $1.52, respectively.
However, it also noted that a price range of $1.70 to $2.15 could be reasonable. It added that about 1.6 billion XRP, worth approximately $2.4 billion, moved off exchanges in a two-week period, overshadowing Evernorth’s program.
Evernorth Needs a Share Premium to Keep Buying XRP

Shares of a treasury company can trade above or below the actual value of the tokens they hold. If Evernorth’s shares trade at a premium, it indicates the market values them higher than the underlying XRP, allowing the company to issue new shares to raise cash for further XRP purchases. Conversely, if the shares trade below the value—at a discount—it diminishes the incentive to issue additional stock and acquire more coins.
ChatGPT estimated a 60% likelihood that Evernorth’s shares might trade at a discount within six months, a fairly typical risk for a new crypto treasury company. In its analysis, if XRP prices fall, Evernorth’s stock might decline even quicker, leading to a discount and halting further stock issuance for additional token purchases. Conversely, if XRP prices rise, it would increase the value of Evernorth’s holdings, making it easier to raise capital.
For reference, ChatGPT pointed to Strategy (NASDAQ:MSTR | MSTR Price Prediction), which holds approximately 847,666 Bitcoin (CRYPTO:BTC), valued at around $73 billion, showing that its stock price can diverge significantly from the value of the underlying assets.
ChatGPT Sets Evernorth’s XRP Stress Line at $1.25

ChatGPT highlighted that Evernorth does not have a fixed token price that requires forced selling, so the model described stress levels that could signal financial pressure instead. It defined selling risk as low as long as XRP remains above $1.25, approximately 18% below the current price. However, prices between $0.90 and $1.25 indicate increasing financial strain, though not necessarily forced selling.
If XRP falls below $0.90—around 41% under the current price—a significant stress scenario could emerge, valuing Evernorth’s holdings at about $426 million. Any price beneath $0.70 is deemed high risk. If Evernorth increases its holdings to 1.14 billion XRP, that inventory could be worth about $1.03 billion at $0.90 and $798 million at $0.70.
Despite XRP’s 33.7% increase over the past 90 days, it is still down 17.6% for the year and 48.6% over the past 12 months. The token dipped to $1.25 on September 16—right at the model’s stress threshold—before rebounding to $1.66 by September 23.
Can the Evernorth XRP Treasury Move XRP’s Year-End Price?
Evernorth may have a limited impact on XRP’s closing price for 2026. ChatGPT estimates the confirmed cash amount at around $300 million, and even the optimistic scenario of a full $1 billion investment may add only about 25 cents to XRP’s value. To sustain the buying momentum, Evernorth needs to list successfully, maintain a premium, raise additional funds, and keep buying while ensuring XRP stays above $1.25.
If any of these steps fail, the buying might taper off well before December. This reality reduces the potential for a quick boost in XRP prices from a billion-dollar buyer. Instead, future XRP holders should watch Evernorth’s share price relative to the value of its XRP after October 8, as maintaining a premium in November will be crucial to keeping investor optimism alive.
