Ethereum Price Prediction: Can ETH Get Back to $2,700 by the End of November?
ETH sits 15% below a key price level with ETF outflows piling up, a major upgrade delayed indefinitely, and sellers hitting it harder than Bitcoin. Several factors need to align fast for any November recovery to happen.

An Ethereum price prediction for November starts with ETH (CRYPTO: ETH) at around $2,340, meaning it needs to gain 15.4% to reach $2,700 by the end of November 2026.
Recently, ETH rose 1.0% in 24 hours, but it follows a challenging month, dropping 12.9% since September 30. The coin peaked at $2,726 on October 4 but hit a low of $2,321 on October 26.
The $2,700 mark is significant because ETH traded close to it before the recent decline. For instance, it closed September 30 at $2,685 and reached $2,775 on September 21. Currently, ETH is below its short-term moving averages, and spot Ether ETFs have been seeing consistent outflows. Given this, can ETH climb back to $2,700 in about five weeks?
ETH Has Room to Reach $2,700, but Sellers Hit It Harder Than Bitcoin

ETH’s market cap is about $286 billion, making it the second-largest cryptocurrency. If ETH hit $2,700, its market cap would rise to about $330 billion.
Historically, $2,700 is a relatively modest figure for ETH, which reached an all-time high of $4,946 on August 24, 2025. The coin was valued at $4,117, and it bottomed out at $1,566 on June 25. Since July 29, ETH has gained 22.6%, but it still seems to be following market trends.
Over the past month, ETH fell 13.6%, while Bitcoin (CRYPTO: BTC) dropped only 5.1%. Year-to-date, ETH is down 21.7%, while Bitcoin has fallen less, to 8.4%. This suggests sellers have been more aggressive toward ETH than other cryptocurrencies.
To assess the trend, ETH is currently trading below its 20-day average of $2,435 and its 50-day average of $2,540 but remains above its 200-day average of $2,158. This suggests a short-term downward trend, despite a potential long-term upward trend.
Spot Ether ETF Outflows Are Slowing, Yet Still Negative

Spot Ether ETFs, which are exchange-traded funds that hold ETH, reflect institutional buying and selling trends. On October 26, U.S. spot Ether ETFs reported outflows of $88.6 million after an inflow of $4.3 million on October 23. In fact, these funds saw a total outflow of $220.6 million during the week of October 19.
Fortunately, the daily outflows appear to be decreasing. They hit $201.9 million on October 6 and gradually fell to $129.5 million by October 14, then to $88.6 million on October 26.
Cumulatively, the funds’ net inflows fell from $13.8 billion on October 1 to $12.6 billion by October 26, while total net assets fell to $14.1 billion. For ETH to rally towards $2,700, it likely requires a consistent stream of net inflows.
BitMine’s Purchases and the Glamsterdam Delay Have Not Lifted ETH

BitMine Immersion Technologies (NYSE: BMNR | BMNR Price Prediction) manages an Ethereum treasury, meaning it raises funds to buy and hold ETH in its reserves. In the week leading up to October 26, BitMine purchased 10,452 ETH, valued at around $24 million. It now holds 6.05 million ETH, worth about $14.2 billion.
However, this acquisition has not stopped ETH’s price from declining. From October 20 to October 27, ETH fell 4.4%, despite BitMine’s purchase. While BitMine’s buying might cushion further losses, a rally back to $2,700 will likely require ETF buyers to return.
Glamsterdam is Ethereum’s next major upgrade, aiming to improve the network’s scalability and increase transaction capacity. The Ethereum Foundation postponed the Hoodi testnet launch, planned for October 26, to address compatibility issues with EIP-8037, which changes how gas fees are calculated for existing smart contracts.
As of now, no new date has been set for the testnet or mainnet launch. Without a scheduled upgrade before November 30, buyers may have little incentive to invest.
Can ETH Reach $2,700 by the End of November?
This Ethereum price prediction suggests that reaching $2,700 by November 30 will be challenging. ETH has growth potential, but it currently lacks a strong catalyst. Negative ETF flows, BitMine’s purchases having little influence on price, and the indefinite delay of the Glamsterdam upgrade all contribute to this uncertainty. To hit $2,700, ETH must first hold support around $2,290 and $2,276.
Next, it should recover its 20-day average at $2,435, while also needing a complete week of net inflows into spot Ether ETFs. The first milestone to look for is a daily close above the 50-day average of $2,540 before mid-November. Without this, hitting $2,700 by month-end seems unlikely. If outflows continue and ETH falls below $2,276, sellers might target the 200-day average of $2,158 next.
