Apple is once again the world’s most valuable public company

Apple’s market cap overtook Microsoft’s Thursday, if only briefly.

 

Reminder: Market cap = share price x shares outstanding.

My take: Apple and Microsoft could switch places again before the end of the day. Not that it matters.
