XLM Price Prediction: Could Stellar Hit $0.25?

Stellar just landed partnerships with a major US bank, the DTCC, and two federal regulators in a single month, yet XLM still trades far below a key resistance level that has blocked every rally since mid-2026. Here is what needs to break first before the price can move.

Gilead is sending shareholders about $1.02 billion in cash, 82 cents a share, landing September 29 and dwarfing every other payment today. Xcel Energy, Ares Capital, T. Rowe Price and Valley National Bancorp round out the biggest checks.

The joke lands on a real risk: leveraged and single-stock funds are closing fast enough this year that holders get cashed out at the lows instead of waiting for a rebound.

MIDDAY
U.S. Markets
  • S&P 500-0.50%
  • Dow Jones Industrial Average-0.96%
  • Nasdaq Composite-0.70%

The Dow is carrying the damage at midday, down 500 points and nearly twice the S&P 500's decline, so the selling is hitting old-economy blue chips harder than tech. Rate-hike odds are doing the work here, and the afternoon session decides whether this holds.

CLOSING BELL

  • 🇬🇧 FTSE 100-0.45%

  • 🇫🇷 CAC 40-0.42%

London took the worst of it, closing down 0.45% with the Bank of England's rate decision days away. The DAX held nearly flat, so this was a UK problem more than a European one.
