Amphenol posted quarterly revenue of $10.23 billion, exceeding expectations for a fifth straight quarter.
Communications Solutions nearly doubled year over year as IT datacom spending tied to AI buildouts accelerated. Record orders left a book-to-bill ratio of 1.19:1, so demand is arriving faster than it is being shipped.
Adjusted operating margin reached 29.7%, up from 27.5% a year ago, so the revenue surge is not costing pricing discipline or cost control. The CommScope acquisition contributed and is now expected to deliver more full-year 2026 revenue and EPS than previously forecast.
