Intuit posted Q4 2026 adjusted earnings per share of $4.03, beating expectations for the fifth consecutive quarter.

Global Business Solutions led the quarter with revenue up 14%, powered by QuickBooks Online Accounting rising 20% on higher effective prices, new customers, and a favorable mix.

TurboTax units declined 2% year over year, and Mailchimp is guided to essentially flat-to-negative revenue growth for fiscal 2027. A restructuring charge weighed on GAAP results, though it did not affect the non-GAAP figures behind the beat.

For fiscal 2027, management guided non-GAAP EPS growth of 23% to 24%. Guidance now folds in stock-based compensation under a revised methodology, making the figure less directly comparable to prior-year non-GAAP numbers.

Intuit raised its quarterly dividend by 15% to $1.38 per share, with CEO Sasan Goodarzi noting the company's Big Bets grew 34% of full-year revenue growth. An Investor Day is planned for September 17, 2026.
