Lucid shares touched $3.10 on October 19, 2026, breaking below a 52-week low set only three sessions earlier. Two new lows in four trading sessions signals that sellers are not stepping back, and buyers have not found a price they consider attractive enough to hold.
A year ago the stock traded near $20, and the market has steadily repriced its expectations for the company's future since then.
The decline has been gradual: Lucid was still above $19 in early April 2026, drifted through the teens over the spring, and broke below $10 by late summer. Brief recoveries each gave way to renewed selling pressure.
With the stock registering back-to-back 52-week lows in the same week, the immediate question is whether $3.10 marks exhaustion among sellers or simply the latest checkpoint in a longer decline. The pattern of failed recoveries visible across the past several months has not yet been broken.
