About GoPro

GoPro, Inc. (NASDAQ: GPRO) designs, develops, and sells action cameras, mounts, and accessories, and operates a subscription-based content and services platform. The company generates revenue through two segments: hardware (cameras and accessories) sold via its direct-to-consumer website GoPro.com and through retail partners including Best Buy and Walmart, and subscription and services revenue from its GoPro subscription offering and an emerging AI content licensing program. GoPro recently launched the MISSION 1 Series of compact cinema cameras targeting the high-end digital imaging market, and is developing a tech-enabled motorcycle helmet in partnership with Italian helmet brand AGV. The company is currently undergoing a strategic review process, including evaluation of a potential sale, to maximize shareholder value.
