Samsara's growth is now concentrated in its largest accounts: million-dollar customers make up over $500 million of $2.12 billion ARR and are growing more than 50% year over year, the third straight quarter at that pace. Management raised full-year revenue guidance to as much as $2.047 billion with a 21% non-GAAP operating margin.

Samsara delivered adjusted earnings per share of $0.20 for its second fiscal quarter of 2027, beating expectations and extending its streak to eight straight quarters of EPS beats. Revenue grew nearly 30% year over year, also topping expectations.

Accounts with more than $1 million in annual recurring revenue grew more than 50% year over year for the third quarter in a row. That sustained acceleration in the highest-value segment signals the platform is deepening its hold on enterprise buyers.

Profitability turned a corner: Samsara posted GAAP net income of $16.24 million against a net loss a year ago. The non-GAAP operating margin expanded to 21% from 15%, so revenue growth is now translating into real operating leverage.

Management raised the full-year revenue outlook to imply 26% growth and held the 21% non-GAAP operating margin target. CEO Sanjit Biswas said customer adoption of the company's latest AI features is up more than 4x in the last two months, a leading indicator for future ARR expansion.
