CEO Adaire Fox-Martin pointed to Q3 results and raised full-year guidance as evidence of what she called the "differentiated position and growing importance of Equinix." That dynamic positions Equinix as a beneficiary of a supply crunch it did not create but is well-positioned to absorb. Colocation demand does not pause while permitting and power procurement catch up.

The raised full-year guidance, reported alongside Q3 earnings on October 28, 2026, signals that management sees the current environment as durable enough to revise its own projections upward.
