Today, July 20, 2026, five stocks hit their ex-dividend date, which means investors who purchase shares from this point forward will not be entitled to the upcoming dividend payments. The largest payout belongs to The RMR Group (RMR), which is distributing $7.2 million in total at $0.45 per share, with payment scheduled for August 13. Industrial Logistics Properties Trust (ILPT) follows closely at $6.67 million, or $0.10 per share, also paying on August 13.
Service Properties Trust (SVC) and Seven Hills Realty Trust (SEVN) round out the real estate-heavy group, paying $6.48 million at $0.05 per share and $6.33 million at $0.28 per share respectively, both on August 13. The lone non-real-estate name in the batch is Immersion Corporation (IMMR), a smaller payout of $2.48 million at $0.075 per share, which hits on the earlier date of July 31.
