The largest payout belongs to The RMR Group (RMR), which is distributing $7.2 million in total at $0.45 per share, with payment scheduled for August 13. Industrial Logistics Properties Trust (ILPT) follows closely at $6.67 million, or $0.10 per share, also paying on August 13.
Service Properties Trust (SVC) and Seven Hills Realty Trust (SEVN) round out the real estate-heavy group, paying $6.48 million at $0.05 per share and $6.33 million at $0.28 per share respectively, both on August 13. The lone non-real-estate name in the batch is Immersion Corporation (IMMR), a smaller payout of $2.48 million at $0.075 per share, which hits on the earlier date of July 31.
