About FTAI Aviation

FTAI Aviation Ltd. (Nasdaq: FTAI) combines turbine technology and asset ownership across three businesses.
- Aerospace Products is its largest earnings driver. It produces and sells CFM56 engine modules and parts through a global maintenance, repair and exchange (MRE) network, with 311 modules produced in Q3 2026, and earns MRE contract revenue from affiliates.
- Aviation Leasing leases aircraft and engines and generates lease income, maintenance revenue and asset sales. It is moving to an asset-light model in which aircraft are sold into Strategic Capital Initiative (SCI) partnerships that FTAI services for fees and in which it holds equity stakes. These include SCI I (2025 SPV) with 301 committed aircraft and SCI II (2026 SPV), backed by a $2.0 billion warehouse facility. Strategic Capital now represents more than 50% of Aviation Leasing.
- FTAI Power, reported within Corporate & Other, is developing the Mod-1 aeroderivative gas turbine. It has more than 100 units under contract for 2027–2028 delivery to U.S. and Canadian customers and is working on a combined cycle add-on through a joint venture.
The company pays quarterly ordinary and Series D preferred dividends and runs a $1.0 billion share repurchase program. Updated
