About Sanofi

Sanofi is a global biopharmaceutical company organized around a single Biopharma segment that develops, manufactures, and markets prescription medicines and vaccines. Its portfolio spans immunology (anchored by the blockbuster Dupixent franchise for atopic dermatitis, asthma, COPD, and multiple other inflammatory conditions), rare diseases (including treatments for Gaucher, Pompe, and Fabry diseases, haemophilia, and systemic mastocytosis), oncology (Sarclisa for multiple myeloma), and general medicines (insulins Lantus and Toujeo, cardiovascular drug Plavix, and anticoagulant Lovenox). The vaccines business covers influenza (Fluzone HD/Efluelda), RSV prevention (Beyfortus), polio/pertussis/hib combinations, meningitis, and COVID-19 (Nuvaxovid). Sanofi completed the acquisition of Dynavax in February 2026, adding the adult hepatitis B vaccine Heplisav-B and a shingles vaccine candidate. The company divested its consumer healthcare unit Opella to CD&R in 2025 but retains a 48.2% indirect equity stake. Sanofi collaborates extensively with Regeneron on Dupixent and Kevzara, and maintains a pipeline of 77 projects across immunology, rare diseases, vaccines, neurology, and oncology, with key late-stage assets including amlitelimab (atopic dermatitis), duvakitug (inflammatory bowel disease), lunsekimig (asthma/CRSwNP), frexalimab (multiple sclerosis, kidney transplant), and venglustat (Gaucher disease type 3). The company reports in euros and derives approximately 51% of sales in US dollars. Updated
