Headquartered in South San Francisco, CA Fiscal year ends December NASDAQ: ALLO allogene.com
Allogene Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing allogeneic chimeric antigen receptor T cell (AlloCAR T) products for cancer and autoimmune disease. Unlike autologous CAR T therapies that require manufacturing from each patient's own cells, Allogene's off-the-shelf approach uses donor-derived cells to enable on-demand availability and broader scalability. The company's lead oncology candidate, cemacabtagene ansegedleucel (cema-cel), is in a pivotal Phase 2 trial (ALPHA3) as a first-line MRD-guided consolidation therapy in large B-cell lymphoma and has received FDA RMAT and Fast Track designations. In autoimmune disease, ALLO-329 is a next-generation dual-targeting anti-CD19/CD70 AlloCAR T product incorporating proprietary Dagger technology designed to reduce or eliminate conventional chemotherapy-based lymphodepletion; it is being evaluated in the Phase 1 RESOLUTION trial across systemic lupus erythematosus, scleroderma, and inflammatory myositis. The company's AlloCAR T oncology products utilize technologies licensed from Cellectis and Servier, while ALLO-329 uses CRISPR gene-editing technology. Allogene trades on Nasdaq under the ticker ALLO. Updated
