Samsara delivered a strong second quarter of fiscal 2027, beating Wall Street expectations on both the top and bottom lines to extend its consensus EPS beat streak to eight consecutive quarters. The connected operations platform reported adjusted EPS of $0.20, clearing the $0.16 consensus estimate by 27.39%, while revenue of $508.44 million grew 29.9% year over year and topped the $483.30 million consensus by 5.20%. The key engine behind the results was enterprise momentum, with the large-customer cohort carrying ARR above $1 million collectively generating over $500 million in ARR, growing more than 50% year over year for the third straight quarter. Total ARR reached $2.12 billion, also up 30% year over year, reflecting sustained platform adoption. The company also posted GAAP net income of $16.24 million, compared to a net loss of $16.80 million a year ago. Looking ahead, management guided Q3 FY2027 revenue of $514 million to $516 million and full-year revenue of $2.04 billion to $2.05 billion, both implying continued double-digit growth with a 21% non-GAAP operating margin target maintained throughout.

For full-year FY2027, the company expects revenue of $2.043 billion to $2.047 billion (26% growth, 26% in constant currency), non-GAAP operating margin of 21%, non-GAAP net income per share of $0.76 to $0.78, and GAAP profitability. Constant currency impact to revenue guidance is $2 million for Q3 and $10 million for the full year.
