Forward Guidance & Outlook
LPL lowered the upper end of its 2025 Core G&A outlook by $15 million, resulting in an updated range of $1,730 million to $1,765 million, including $170 million to $180 million related to Prudential and Atria but excluding costs associated with Commonwealth. The company expects to close the Commonwealth acquisition in the second half of 2025, with conversion expected to be completed in mid-2026. The Atria conversion remains on-track for mid-2025. First Horizon onboarding is expected to be completed in the second half of 2025.
