NOVAGOLD Resources Inc. is a development-stage precious metals company focused exclusively on advancing the Donlin Gold project in Alaska. The company holds a 60% ownership interest in Donlin Gold LLC, with the remaining 40% owned by Donlin Gold Holdings (wholly owned by Paulson Advisers LLC and its affiliates). The Donlin Gold project hosts approximately 40 million ounces of gold in Measured and Indicated Mineral Resources at an average grade of 2.22 grams per tonne, more than double the global industry average for comparable deposits. The project is expected to produce an average of more than one million ounces of gold per year over a 27-year mine life once in production. Donlin Gold is located on private lands selected by Calista Corporation under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act. The project is federally permitted and is currently advancing through a Bankable Feasibility Study led by Fluor Corporation, with completion targeted in 2027.
