About NatWest Group

NatWest Group plc is a UK-based banking and financial services group that operates through four reportable segments: Retail Banking, Private Banking & Wealth Management, Commercial & Institutional, and Central items & other. Retail Banking provides personal banking products including mortgages, loans, savings, and current accounts to individual customers. Private Banking & Wealth Management serves mass affluent and high-net-worth clients with investment management, financial planning, and advisory services — capabilities significantly enhanced by the acquisition of Evelyn Partners completed on 30 June 2026, which added approximately £130.6 billion in assets under management and administration. Commercial & Institutional delivers banking, lending, financing, capital markets, foreign exchange, and transaction services to corporate and institutional clients. The group generates income primarily from net interest income on its loan and deposit portfolios, supplemented by fees and commissions from payment services, credit and debit card operations, lending and financing, brokerage, investment management, trustee and fiduciary services, and underwriting. NatWest Group also engages in trading activities across interest rate, foreign exchange, and credit markets. The company reports under IFRS as adopted by the UK and files as a foreign private issuer with the SEC. Updated
