The FTSE rose .2% to 6,099. Barlays was up 1.1% to 684.5. British Air was down .8% to 499.25. BP was up .2% to 579. BT was down .7% to 288.75. GlaxoSmithKline as down .2% to 1337. Prudential was down .5% to 662.5. Reuters was up .5% to 459.75. Unilever was up .4% to 1366. Vodafone was down .4% to 137.75.
The DAXX was up a fraction to 6,373. Bayer was down .8% to 39.38. DaimlerChrysler was up a fraction to 44.36. DeutscheBank was up .4% to 98.44. Deutsche Telekom was down .3% to 13.27. SAP was down .5% to 156.05. Siemens was up .1% to 72.8.
The CAC 40 was up a fraction to 5,362. Alcatel was flat at 10.12. AXA was up .1% to 29.13. France Telecom was flat at 19.59. ST Micro was up .6% to 13.7. Vivendi was up .2% to 29.45.
