Markets in Asia rose

The Nikkei was up 1.9% to 13,215. Docomo (DCM) was up 2.6% to 159000. Yahoo Japan was up 5.4% to 47500.

The Hang Seng was up 1% to 23,343. CNOOC was up 3.2% to 12.24. PetroChina (PTR) was up 2.4% to 11.04.

THe Shanghai Composite rose 1.6% to 4,361.
