The George Soros controlled Latin American land and energy venture Adecoagro may raise money via an IPO (Bloomberg)

Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) may cut its CEO’s annual payout because of pressure from  Washington and the public (Reuters)

RBS (NYSE:RBS) will allow some of its executives to take stock compensation and convert it into cash within the next few weeks. (The Telegraph).
