Harbin Electric, Inc. (NASDAQ: HRBN) is up nearly 19% premarket to $8.30, relative to a 52-week range of $5.82-$25.05. Shares dropped more than 50% yesterday.
Zoran Corporation (NASDAQ: ZRAN) is up nearly 20% premarket to $8.60, relative to a 52-week range of $5.98-$11.35. CSR is buying the company for $484 million.
