Express Scripts, Inc. (NASDAQ: ESRX) is down 3% premarket to $53.20, relative to a 52-week range of $41.55-$60.89. The prescription company has been a partner with Walgreen, but a dispute with the drugstore chain may terminate that agreement. Walgreen (NYSE: WAG) is also down 5% before market open.
Prospect Capital Corporation (NASDAQ: PSEC) is down 5.5% premarket to $10.07, trading within a 52-week range of $9.09-$12.38. The company announced a public stock offering after market close of up to 1.5 million shares.
