Weekly Jobless Claims were not changed enough to really matter this last week.  The report showed a gain of 2,000 to 393,000 and the prior week was revised to -2,000 rather than the -5,000.  It is still good to see these under the 400,000 mark but these are still way too high for any meaningful impact on unemployment.
