Eurozone Finance Ministers Close To ESFS Leverage Fund

In a move that might allow for the bailout of Spain or Italy, eurozone finance ministers are close to a deal that would allow the ESFS to take on leverage.

Reuters quotes one official involved “I would expect we will be in a position to approve the guidelines at a political level.”
