Retailer Jones Group Kills Plan to Sell Jeans Division (JNY)

The Jones Group Inc. (NYSE: JNY) has been in talks to sell its jeanswear division to Delta Galil Industries Inc., but the two parties have now ended the discussions without a deal. Jones Group owns retailers Nine West, Jones New York, and Rachel Roy.

The deal under discussion was reportedly in the range of $350-$400 million.
