Oshkosh Rejects Icahn Nominees (NYSE: OSK)

At today’s Oshkosh Corp. (NYSE: OSK) annual meeting, shareholders rejected 12 of 13 of Carl Icahn’s nominees to the company’s board of directors. The remaining election is still too close to declare a winner. Icahn had sought to place six nominees on the company’s board.
