Here are the five biggest gaining stocks in today’s U.S. markets at closing:

Imperial Holdings Inc. (NYSE: IFT) is up 40.5% at $5.59.

Kingtone WirelessInfo Solution Holding Ltd. (NASDAQ: KONE) is up 33.3% at $3.20.

Build-a-Bear Workshop Inc. (NYSE: BBW) is up 33.3% at $6.73.

STAAR Surgical Co. (NASDAQ: STAA) is up 28.7% at $8.43.

Yelp Inc. (NYSE: YELP) is up 27.4% at $32.22.

And here are the markets’ five biggest losing stocks today:

AVEO Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: AVEO) is down 49.6% at $2.65.

Insys Therapeutics (NASDAQ: INSY) is down 44.1% at $9.50.

DXP Enterprises Inc. (NASDAQ: DXPE) is down 15.2% at $56.15.

Galena Biopharma Inc. (NASDAQ: GALE) is down 13.5% at $2.43.

Aviat Networks Inc. (NASDAQ: AVNW) is down 13.5% at $2.57.
