Zulily Inc. (NASDAQ: ZU) dropped about 28% on Thursday to post a new 52-week low of $14.32 after closing at $19.89 on Wednesday. The stock’s 52-week high is $73.50. Share volume was about 15-times the daily average of around 1.4 million shares traded. The online retailer reported lower-than-expected earnings and gave weak guidance after markets closed Wednesday.
Oceaneering International Inc. (NYSE: OII) dropped about 9.9% on Thursday to establish a new 52-week low at $49.15 against a high of $79.05. Volume was more than 3-times the daily average of around 1.5 million shares. The offshore oil & gas industry services company offered weak guidance after-hours on Wednesday.
Ralph Lauren Corp. (NYSE: RL) posted a new 52-week low on Thursday. Shares dropped about 0.7% to $134.26 from Wednesday’s closing price of $135.17. The stock’s 52-week high is $187.49. Volume is about equal to the daily average of around 1.1 million shares. Zacks lowered its rating on the apparel maker to Strong Sell earlier this week and investors are apparently still taking the advice.
Hornbeck Offshore Services Inc. (NYSE: HOS) dropped about 9.4% on Thursday to post a new 52-week low of $18.51. The stock’s 52-week high is $47.45. Volume was more than double the daily average of around 820,000 shares. The offshore oil & gas services company missed estimates when it reported results on Wednesday evening.
