Top Analyst Upgrades and Downgrades: Amex, Boeing, Caterpillar, Lennar, Simon, Sirius, Six Flags, Tesla, Walmart, Zynga and More

Lam Research Corp. (NASDAQ: LRCX) has withdrawn its estimates as it has supply disruptions from China and now its California facilities are under an opening ban due to local shut-down actions by the government. B. Riley FBR maintained it as Buy but cut the target price to $280 from $365.

Lennar Corp. (NYSE: LEN) was downgraded to Neutral from Overweight at JPMorgan.

MongoDB Inc. (NASDAQ: MDB) was up 15.7% at $114.52 on Tuesday ahead of earnings, and it was down 14.4% at $98.00 on last look afterward. Needham maintained it as Buy but cut its target to $172 from $189, and Citigroup maintained its Buy rating while lowering its target price to $175 from $200.

NiSource Inc. (NYSE: NI) was raised to Buy from Hold with a $28 target price (versus a $24.57 close) at Jefferies.

NVR Inc. (NYSE: NVR) was raised to Overweight from Neutral with a $2,700 target price (versus a $2,271.55 close) at JPMorgan.

Osmotica Pharmaceuticals PLC (NASDAQ: OSMT) was started with a Buy rating and an $8 target price (versus a $4.61 close) at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, with the firm saying it is eyeing a new aesthetics market.

PulteGroup Inc. (NYSE: PHM) was downgraded to Neutral from Overweight at JPMorgan.

Sage Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: SAGE) was raised to Outperform from Sector Perform with a $60 target price (versus a $28.80 close) at RBC Capital Markets.

ServiceNow Inc. (NYSE: NOW) was downgraded to Hold from Buy with a $300 target price (versus a $287.42 close) at Deutsche Bank.

Simon Property Group Inc. (NYSE: SPG) was raised to Buy from Hold with a $120 target price (versus a $58.86 close) at Deutsche Bank.

Sinclair Broadcast Group Inc. (NASDAQ: SBGI) was downgraded to Neutral from Buy at B. Riley FBR.

Sirius XM Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: SIRI) was maintained as Buy but the target price was lowered to $8.00 from $8.50 (versus a $5.43 close) at B. Riley FBR.

Six Flags Entertainment Corp. (NYSE: SIX) was downgraded to Perform from Outperform at Oppenheimer.

Sony Corp. (NYSE: SNE) was started as Outperform with a $70 target price (versus a $55.20 close) at Oppenheimer.

Southwest Gas Holdings Inc. (NYSE: SWX) was raised to Buy from Hold with a $72 target price (versus a $59.41 close) at Jefferies.

Taylor Morris Home Corp. (NYSE: TMHC) was downgraded to Neutral from Overweight at JPMorgan.

Tesla Inc. (NASDAQ: TSLA) was upgraded to Neutral from Underperform and its price objective was raised to $500 from $370 at BofA Securities. Tesla stock closed down 3.3% at $430.20 on Tuesday and was down almost 10% at $388.55 on Wednesday.

Vivint Smart Home Inc. (NYSE: VVNT) was raised to Hold from Sell with a $15 target price at Deutsche Bank.

Walmart Inc. (NYSE: WMT) was raised to Outperform from Neutral with a $127 target price (versus a $108.93 close) at Credit Suisse. Walmart’s consensus target price was $131.33, and this is just a day after Oppenheimer upgraded it to Outperform with a $125 target price.

Zynga Inc. (NASDAQ: ZNGA) was started with an Outperform rating and a $7.50 price target (versus a $6.07 close) at Oppenheimer.
