At $7.60, Fermi sits just under resistance at $7.74, the first hurdle any post-earnings pop has to clear, with the 50-day average at $7.08 right beneath as the near-term floor. A miss puts the $5.37 support level back in play, and the stock is still far below its 200-day average of $9.58 and its $36.99 52-week high.

That positioning is roughly 45 days stale against a $4.8 billion market cap, so it mainly identifies who trades this name.
Fermi shares are now down 2.6% in premarket trading after initially rising. Prior to earnings it was already known the company had already secured a customer so there wasn’t significant news in this report. I wouldn’t expect a major market reaction today. Other major neocloud companies are trading down premarket. Nebius is down 4% while Coreweave is down 2%.
