14. Miami, FL

Florida is one of the most fashion-forward states with eight cities on this list. Miami is home to eight different luxury brand stores: Cartier, Hermès, Burberry, Versace, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Tiffany & Co., Gucci. This sunshine-filled city also hosts a high-end Fashion Week.

13. Costa Mesa, CA

There are 286 fashion-related stores in Costa Mesa, quite a large number of options for a city of just over 100,000 people. Adjusted to the population, the concentration of such stores in Costa Mesa is the fifth highest in the country. Additionally, there are 12 high-end brands stores including Chanel, Gucci, Dior, and even Dolce & Gabbana.

12. Boston, MA

In 2011, GQ magazine slammed Boston as the worst-dressed city in America, referring to its style as stagnated and putrefied.
