From the Dec. 20 episode of State Tuned with Preet: Does Silicon Valley have a conscience?

Preet Bharara: What is the best run tech company today?

Kara Swisher: Everyone’s got their problems. I think Apple is really interesting. They’ve got their issues about how they manufacture things. Every single company’s got issues.  I do like dealing with Tim Cook. I think he was one of the first to sound these alarms—even though it’s in his interest to sound the alarms around privacy. I did an interview with him in March where he talked about this, that these business plans are going to create these problems. The other question is can they continue to make great products. That’s going to be their issue. Can they make a product they you want to keep buying and using an Apple product.

My take: The much-feared (and loved) Swisher is on a roll these days. I see her everywhere! Here she is on one of my favorite podcasts. Check it out here.
