VYVGART is carrying the entire story here, and Q3 2026 revenue of $1.72 billion came in above expectations. Global product net sales expanded, led by the United States.
GAAP earnings per share of $7.80 beat expectations that had been dragged negative by acquisition-related transaction expenses tied to the Forte Biosciences deal. Strip that out and the commercial business kept delivering above what analysts expected.
The pipeline sets up 2027 as an unusually active year, with up to five potential launches in view. They span pediatric generalized myasthenia gravis, immune-mediated necrotizing myopathy, ocular MG, the VYVGART Hytrulo autoinjector and empasiprubart in multifocal motor neuropathy.
Positive Phase 3 ALKIVIA data in IMNM and dermatomyositis opens a foothold in rheumatology, a segment with no approved targeted therapies for the roughly 20,000 U.S. patients with IMNM. An additional registrational study in dermatomyositis is planned.
Full-year combined R&D and SG&A spending is guided to approximately $4 billion, inclusive of Forte transaction costs. The company reaffirmed its Vision 2030 goals for patients treated, labeled indications and pipeline candidates in registrational development.
