Cloudflare's stock reached $333.94 on September 17, 2026, clearing its previous 52-week high set on August 13 by roughly 0.94%. That margin is small, but confirmed breakouts above prior highs carry technical weight, signaling that sellers who held the stock back before have been absorbed.
The stock spent much of the year grinding sideways before a sustained climb pushed it to all-time territory for the period. It has effectively doubled off its low near $173 to reach today's level.

The immediate question for investors is whether this breakout holds. A new 52-week high that fails to sustain itself within a few sessions is often treated as a false breakout, while one that builds on the close becomes a platform for further gains. Volume and price action in the days following the breakout are the key signals to track.
Cloudflare competes in the network security and cloud infrastructure space, markets that have seen renewed investor appetite as enterprise spending on AI-adjacent infrastructure has accelerated. That broader tailwind gives context to why buyers have been willing to push the stock to fresh highs at this stage of the year.
