In the third quarter of 2026, Monster Beverage's international net sales grew 28.1 percent, pushing overseas revenue to approximately 47 percent of the company's total. At that pace, the tipping point where foreign markets collectively outweigh the domestic business is close.

The US energy drink category is mature and fiercely competitive, so the geographic rebalancing toward faster-growing international markets represents a structural change in where Monster's future earnings power is likely to come from.
For investors, the number to track is that 47 percent international share. Once it crosses 50 percent, Monster becomes a fundamentally different business in terms of currency exposure, regulatory risk, and long-term growth optionality. Brazil's outsized contribution also means any macro or operational turbulence there now carries company-wide weight.
